Terms of sale
These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Luv. and any customer making a purchase through the luv-skin.fr website.
Products
Products offered on the site are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs illustrating the products are not contractually binding.
Pricing
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Luv. reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.
Orders
Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale. An order confirmation is sent by email to the customer once payment is validated.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering, by debit or credit card via the secure payment platforms offered on the site (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Card details are never stored by Luv.
Shipping
Products are shipped within metropolitan France only, to the address provided at the time of order. Delivery times are given as a guide and may vary. For full details, see our Shipping & returns page.
Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer has 30 days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify the decision or pay any penalty.

Warranty
L'Oval comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defect. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear.
Liability
Luv. cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products purchased. We strongly recommend following the usage guidelines provided with each product. If you have a skin condition, metal implants or are pregnant, please consult a healthcare professional before use.
Personal data
Data collected as part of orders is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their data by writing to info@luv-skin.fr.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing agreement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
