Everything you need to know to track your order, report a problem or request a return.
Shipping
Luv. ships its products to metropolitan France only. We do not currently ship to French overseas territories or internationally.
Home delivery is free on all orders.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days from order confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on the option chosen:
- Home delivery: 2 to 4 working days
- Pickup point delivery: 2 to 5 working days
Times are given as an estimate. A delay in delivery cannot give rise to any form of compensation.
A shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number, is sent to the customer as soon as the parcel is collected by the carrier. It is up to the customer to track their parcel via the carrier's platforms.
Issues on receipt
Any issue (damaged or opened parcel, missing product, etc.) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos, to: info@luv-skin.fr
Returns
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return, with no need to justify your decision.
Product condition
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the products have been opened or used. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Any product returned damaged — particularly due to insufficient protective packaging — will be considered as damaged and cannot be refunded.
How to make a return
To make a return, please contact our customer service at info@luv-skin.fr with:
- your order number
- the list of products you wish to return
- the reason for the return
We will email you a prepaid return label. You can then drop your parcel at the post office or a pickup point — the return is entirely free.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and verified, the refund is processed within 8 to 12 working days to your original payment method.
